Pool & jacuzzi The larger than normal private pool (28’x 14’) is to the rear elevation. The pool features an amazing 'disco' pool light system which has to be seen! Pool heating (optional) is available although not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep the insects out but the lets sun in. Comfortable patio furniture is provided including two loungers and an umbrella. All doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area. We have a large grassed back garden with views over Oak Park, one of three parks in Crescent Lakes. If you’re lucky enough, it’s a perfect vantage point to watch the space shuttle on it’s approach into Kennedy Space Center. Lounge The lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and an occasional table in the corner. Opposite is a 31 inch television connected to a cable network offering a choice of around 38 channels. We have a Playstation 2 with games provided for your extra enjoyment. A video and CD/radio/cassette player is available for your use. The patio doors offer a view over the pool area and garden. Kitchen The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All silverware, dishes, kitchen utensils, glasses and pans that you will need are also provided. Dining There are two dining opportunites - either in the breakfast cafe/nook or more formal meals in the dining area. Bedrooms (3) The master bathroom is en-suite with "his and hers" basins, fabulously large shower and toilet. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed from the lounge area and contains a huge king size bed, a cable TV with DVD player and ample storage space. A vast walk in closet adjoins the master bedroom for storing suitcases etc. The wireless broadband internet PC is also located here and provides free, fast internet access for the duration of your stay. If you have a laptop with a wireless card, you can use this in the villa to access the internet. Bedrooms Two and Three contain twin beds and another queen size bed respectively. They both are equipped with TV/DVD players, walk in closets and chests of drawers (dresser). Bedroom Two looks out on the side of the villa while bedroom Three looks out on the pool area. Bathrooms (2) Master bath with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Second bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower. Games area New - a fully equipped games room - pool table, air hockey table and foosball table (doubles as ping pong/table tennis and mini bowling alley). Also we have two sofas for your comfort in the games room. Teenage kids will love it! Utilities A separate utility room adjoins the kitchen which houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room is also accessed through this utility room.
